Minimum Qualifications
• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
(Bachelors Degree in education or related field a plus)
• Hold current First Aid, CPR, and Lifeguard certifications by time of hire
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage time
• Internet access
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work weekends
• Competitive swimming experience a plus

Work Environment
• Our consultants spend the majority of their instructional time on their feet - poolside.
• Remote job - a non office environment.
Additional Information
Location of job: Northern NJ
Hours: Weekends and weekday evenings, year-round
Job type: Part-time (minimum of 12 hours/week) with the ability to set your own hours
Pay: Generous hourly salary, travel reimbursements, unlimited earning potential through sales commissions, and after annual review availability for generous part time benefit packages
Training: Approximately 7-8 weeks, online with written and practical exams
Growth: Ability to move up within the company
