Fluid Mechanics is now running our advanced private swim technique clinics and private swim camps in Union New Jersey! While there are a few changes to how we run them, your swimmers will still be able to experience the quality one on one instruction they are used to with Fluid Mechanics.

Getting Started Our Private Swim Clinics

If you’ve never worked with us before, the way it works is swimmers take an introductory private session so that our instructors can evaluate your swimmer’s strengths and weaknesses and come up with a plan to help your swimmer achieve their goals. In addition, they will learn about how to be more efficient with their freestyle in a one hour Core of the Stroke clinic.

Fluid mechanics offers detailed expert instruction for all levels of competitive swimmers. Whether your swimmer is trying to get on a team for the first time, or if they are aiming for the next Olympics!
