Headquartered in Pennsylvania, Fluid Mechanics employs a small but rapidly growing start-up team, geared for near and long term expansion.

    The successful candidate will engage competitive swimmers and their parents in sales related activities, specifically to present Fluid Mechanics, value based Private Swim Consulting Sessions in conjunction with our team of FM Swim Consultants. By utilizing a strong consultative sales approach coupled with a proactive educational approach, you should be adept at positioning yourself as the trusted advisor to the swimmer and responsible family members. This should be applied with Fluid Mechanics values and principles, including building customer loyalty.

    Job Type: Full time
    Location: This is a field based position that covers northern and coastal New Jersey.
    Pay: Salary, Commission + Benefits
    Training: Approximately 7-8 weeks, online with written and practical exams
    Note: Fluid Mechanics is not offering visa sponsorship for this position. Additionally, employment is contingent on a successful drug screening result.

  • Aquatics Consultant

    Job Description

    As a consultant, you will be providing high quality, hands on, instruction to swimmers. Also, you will be responsible for maintaining Fluid Mechanics esteemed reputation within the swimming industry. Progress happens quickly at Fluid Mechanics and to be successful here you’ll need to be adaptable, flexible, and capable of working both independently and within teams.

    Additional Information

    Job Type: Part-time (12 hours/week including weekday and weekend availability)
    Location: Northern NJ
    Pay: Generous hourly salary, travel reimbursements, and unlimited earning potential through sales commissions
    Training: Approximately 7-8 weeks, online with written and practical exams
