Rocco Aceto is a former swimmer turned coach, and a long time friend of John Waldman's. Rocco had a successful swimming career, setting records in high school and in college. After that he went on to coach at Auburn, Washington State University, and is now head coach of Trinity Preparatory Aquatics in Winter Park Florida.
